LIMBO's ENDING

I finished "Limbo" last night. Amazing little game with a lot of atmosphere. Although parts of it have been quite frustrating, I can honestly say that it was worth it. Man, what an amazing ending. And that although my expectations were high already, after reading up on the game's development and what an incredibly powerful ending "Limbo" was supposed to have - one of the best game endings ever, says ign.com, and man, they were not exaggerating. It came completely out of the blue as well. I was not prepared for it at all. And then, suddenly, the glass shatters and my journey has come to an end. I had goosebumps. For those of you who have not given it a try yet, do yourselves a favor and download it. You won't regret it. Hopefully.

2 Minute Noodles Part 15 - My Hero

My hero? More like my ass. This piss poor effort by the developers Coreland was released to SEGA's little gem the Master System in the magical year of 1986. (Why magical? Because that was the year they made karate Kid II. Duh!) It features one of the dorkiest looking hero-sprites that ever graced the TV screen and is about as fun as getting kicked in the balls while being punched in the face. Your girlfriend has been abducted by a nasty punk. Get your revenge, beat up the evil posse and rescue your chick. You can kick, punch and jump kick. When you hit the enemies they go flying diagonally off the screen. One touch from anything or anyone and you lose a life. The beat-em-up part of the game is tedious. The jump-and-run part a joke, due to horrible controls. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.
